+lawyer Terms of Service

​

• +lawyer services are one-year contracts that renew each year.  We charge a monthly fee for +lawyer services at the first of the month.  The fee is not refundable.  The fee is recurring unless you cancel. The fee is earned upon our receipt for services rendered.  It is not a retainer for services.

• Unless otherwise agreed, you can cancel at any time.  We can cancel at any time as well, including for non-payment, subject to any state ethics requirements.

• The engagement begins upon our receipt of payment.

• We run a conflicts check before proceeding with any engagement and on an ongoing basis as new matters arise.  If irreconcilable conflicts prevent us from representing a client, we will take appropriate steps as required by applicable state ethics rules.

• All +lawyer services are also subject to execution of GA BIBIKOS LLC's standard engagement letter.

• These terms are subject to change.  By using GA BIBIKOS LLC's services, you agree to the changes.
